Together Borut and Deidre have over 36 years experience in their chosen fields. Pioneers in their areas of expertise they treat people on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
Borut Lovrecic
Borut Lovrecic was born in Slovenia in 1948. He completed teacher training for the Transcendental Meditation Programme in 1973. Following this he was awarded the ITEC International Certificate for Holistic Massage in 1984. He achieved a practitioner certificate for foot reflex therapy from the Bayley School of reflexology.
Borut first qualified as a therapist in colon irrigation and natural hygiene in 1986 in Chicago, and has been a member of the Colonic International Associate (ICA) now known as The Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists, since its inception in 1988. He opened three colon irrigation clinics – South Woodford, Primrose Hill and Harley Street (1993). This makes Borut on of the longest establish colon hydrotherapists in the United Kingdom.
He is currently involved in ongoing research for new approaches to prevention of disease and maximising joy, balance and wholeness.
Deidre Noyes
Deidre has been a complimentary therapist since 1990, she is a qualified hypnotherapist and a member of NACHP (National Association of Counsellors, Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists. NLP at practitioner level. Deidre’s decided to learn hypnotherapy as a result of having received hypnotherapy from a therapist who in fact caused more harm than good. Following her therapy Deidre found herself having nightmares and flashbacks to painful incidents that had been unearthed during the hypnotherapy. As a result she sought another hypnotherapist who resolved the problem, this helped Deidre identify that there are certain procedure that must be adhered to in order for the patient to get the most from hypnotherapy. She is a firm believer of helping people to take control of their lives, and will offer exercises to be performed at home to re-enforce the healing.
As a former primary school teacher, Deidre had 30 years experience (7 years of which working with children with learning difficulties and behaviour and communication issues and autism. She regularly treats children with hypnotherapy and reiki, and says they are a joy to work with.
Deidre is also a member of the Reiki Healers and Teachers panel since 2004 and has contributed some articles to the group. www.reikihealersandteachers.net Deidre has a special interest in emotional issues – stress, depression, bereavement, in adults and children, spiritual development and growth issues – distant healing is also a speciality.
Colon Cleanic Ethics
Colon Cleanic is more a healing sanctuary than a business. Patients are always welcomed and treated with integrity, confidentiality and honesty. Borut and Deidre both believe that offering a one off treatment of symptoms is not the answer. Rather they believe that treating them and teaching them to heal themselves on a regular basis will have a more lasting effect, it will prevent further illness and in-still well-being and joy. Borut likes his patients to feel they have a friend on their side who will always take their best interests to heart, before any business interests.
When asked what his favourite quote was, Borut commented “Colonics are arranged in Heaven!!”.
